The USA, operates like a third world nation,there is no comprehensive healthcare system in the USA, just like a nation, like Nigeria, whereby, if you fall sick and your family fail to raise enough funds to pay for insurance premium or pay cash to medical Doctors,or Nurses as well as care-givers, you would not be able to see a Doctor, or obtain treatment for care for your ailment.
Of all advance nations around the world, only USA, lacks comprehensive medical services for their citizenry.USA, does not care about the health or welfare of its citizens, as USA operates the richer you are the better you will live as everybody is on his/her own.
USA, is not the type of advance country that Nigeria should ever pattern our national system to copy.USA, is not a semblance of democratic nation.
